I have extensive experience working with clients dealing with anxiety and trauma-related symptoms. Coupled with my background in coaching, I will engage you in two ways: 1) a look back at the conditions that contributed to your current distress and 2) a look forward to defining how you want to shape your future.

I am bilingual, bi-literate, and bi-cultural (English-Spanish) and have worked with diverse populations both in the US and abroad. This has allowed me to develop a high level of attunement to the needs and challenges that people may face based on their diverse and unique backgrounds.

I wholeheartedly believe in our ability to affect change in our lives, sometimes on our own and sometimes with the assistance of others. I want to be part of that process with others.

I am a mixed-media collage artist. Likewise, I love thrifting to find new treasures to incorporate into my art.

I go to the beach every day. The ocean is my anchor.

Pet rescue organizations (national and local) - I am an animal lover.

I ensure that I have regular quiet time (actual silence) along with swimming because water is an environment within which I thrive.

I had two cats and a dog, who I loved tremendously, who all passed within a 12-month period (2020-2021). I didn't think my heart could open again after this tremendous loss. But, this year, Lucy, the beagle, found us. At first, I was resistant to letting her near but this little rascal has woven herself into my heart which I didn't think was possible.
