I love exploring new coffee shops. My dream is to own my own coffee shop one day. I enjoy being in nature. Exploring new hiking trails is always exciting for me.
I do a daily mental health check-in to help understand how I am feeling. Depending on my mood and my needs, I will practice a self-care strategy to help me move past what is happening.
I make sure and get good sleep every night and I go on short, daily walks. Spending time with my friends and family also energizes me.
