I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with families, individuals, and couples. I provide a collaborative therapeutic approach integrating human-centered, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support clients as they face, explore, and cope with painful emotions, behavioral challenges, and stressors.
I recognize the need for help navigating life and emotional challenges. Knowing that it takes courage for people to seek therapy, I work with compassion to create a therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered. I will listen carefully to your concerns and will work with you to develop treatment goals tailored to your individual needs.
My goal is to help everyday people, facing everyday problems overcome challenges and live their best life.

My passion is travel. I enjoy exploring other communities and cultures. Anything that I can do outside in nature is a bonus. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family.
Balance is an important element for emotional well-being. I make a point to work out, hike, have quiet reflection time, and sleep.
Listening to calming music helps me to recharge.
I have two Australian Shepherds. I enjoy taking them on hikes or going to the dog beaches. They love to run and play.
