I believe that when a person shows up, understanding their experiences and relationships is key to understanding their present thoughts and behaviors. I provide a safe space to explore those processes, understand how they connect to behavior, and develop strategies to think and perform differently in ways that promote their personal well-being. I understand that all behaviors and thoughts are about something. I help you identify those thoughts and feelings that promote positive behaviors that are essential to healing and reaching your full potential.
