My passion is to work with individuals to transform life’s difficulties into opportunities for personal growth and insight. My approach is collaborative while providing a safe space to foster good therapeutic work. My scope of expertise includes trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. I am a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist and apply Psychotherapy approaches complementary to individual clients and their needs. These approaches include EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

It is a rewarding experience to help individuals through the healing process.

What are your interests outside of work?

Glamping, and restoring vintage Honda Ct70s and vintage travel trailers. Snowboarding.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Casting for Recovery allows women to experience the peace of the outdoors while recovering from breast cancer treatment.

How do you recharge?

I work out and snowboard. I go glamping in my vintage travel trailer with my gal pals.

Do you have any pets?

Yes, a dog. She adopted us. She came into my home and jumped on my lap and was pregnant with three puppies.
