I am a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist and apply Psychotherapy approaches complementary to individual clients and their needs. These approaches include EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
