I have worked with a variety of people who have dealt with the effects of trauma, grief and loss, mood disorders, and painful life events utilizing various modalities of therapy suited to your individual needs including Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.
