I have been in the field of social work since 2009. Since that time I have worked with a wide range of clients, from those who need temporary support during a transitional stage in their life to those managing chronic mental illness. My goal as your therapist is to create a warm and welcoming environment in which we can explore the issues that brought you to therapy. I want to help you build the insights and skills you need to live the life you have envisioned for yourself. My approach is focused on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in nature with room for processing and exploration. I look forward to working with you to develop your goals for treatment and begin the work to get you where you want to go.

Reminding myself every day of the things I have to be grateful for helps redirect my thoughts during times I feel overwhelmed.
I am trying to really dissect The Body Keeps Score this time around. That book is packed full of information that you’ll miss with just one read.
I have a strong respect for the National Alliance of the Mentally Ill (NAMI). This organization recognizes mental health doesn’t happen in a vacuum and works to disseminate information and support to those whose loved ones suffer from a mental health condition.
Exercise helps me recenter myself. Going to the gym is a great way to rejuvenate myself.
