As a clinician, I take a genuine and authentic approach and value the client-therapist relationship. I appreciate the opportunity to walk with clients in their journey and I strive to seek solutions and strategies that are meaningful to them. My goal is to encourage healing and growth during the therapeutic process.
Because each client is unique, I value the importance of catering the therapeutic process to each individual. Most often, I select effective strategies from person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Growing up, I struggled with feeling connected and understood. As a result of that difficult time, I knew I wanted to provide that space to others who may be feeling the same way.
During my time outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and cooking.
On a daily basis, I try my best to do a self-check-in to address any needs that I have and try to get a good night's sleep.
Recently, my family adopted a Cavapoo puppy and we are truly enjoying our new addition.
