I pull from many different theories in my practice depending on my client's needs but mostly utilize a client-centered, trauma-focused, and Cognitive Behavioral approach.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist specializing in women's issues, with a deep commitment to empowering women on their journey to emotional well-being and personal growth. I bring a warm and nonjudgmental approach to my practice, creating a safe and nurturing space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.I understand that women face a unique set of challenges in today's complex world.

What are your interests outside of work?

Music, traveling and spending time with family.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Journaling!

What book have you read more than once?

I have read The Bell Jar multiple times because it is so beautifully written.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

National Eating Disorders Association because of my passion to help individuals who suffer from eating disorders.
