I have a special interest in working with young adults who are navigating challenging life transitions, career development, and establishing independent lifestyles. I also enjoy tending to the unique circumstances of queer men, having years of experience providing services to the local population in my practice, and recognizing the importance of providing a safe space for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Helping people recognize their goals and working together to make a plan to achieve them is a passion of mine. I have over 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy services, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness interventions.

I have had friends and family who have had challenges and struggles with mental health and various issues in their lives. It pained me to witness this. I have felt it necessary to take on a career to improve the conditions around me, being an agent of change as it makes for a better world for others and myself.
I enjoy hiking and gardening. I especially take pleasure in traveling, camping, spending time with friends and family, and watching live music performances.
I believe family and friendships are very important in my life. Consequently, I do whatever I can to spend as much time reaching out to, spending time with, and enjoying life with those I choose to surround myself with.
I make a strong effort to exercise on a regular basis which largely includes indoor and outdoor rock climbing. It has been a wonderful way to make new friends, keep my body moving, and challenge my mind.
