I bring a strengths-based and humanistic approach to help my clients feel confident about themselves. My goal is to not only help clients heal and move forward by being compassionate and gentle but also teach clients lifelong skills to cope with difficult situations in the future. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches to help clients identify individual needs. I work with a range of issues from trauma, motherhood, depression, anxiety, and multicultural concerns to relationship and family issues. I provide a safe space for you to feel comfortable sharing your life experiences at your own pace and build a safe therapeutic relationship. I am bilingual in English and Spanish.

In my early 20s, I worked with a mentor who was a psychotherapist who inspired me to pursue a psychotherapy career by instilling in me the importance of sharing feelings and getting professional support. Since then, I have provided mental health services in a variety of settings, including psychiatric hospitals, community clinics, and immigration settings.
I recharge by spending time with my family and making time for myself.
I have two terriers that I love and adore.
