I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist on the Central Coast of CA with 16+ years of experience. Life can be difficult… you don't have to struggle through it alone! Sometimes you need an objective professional to help you gain a better understanding of the ways that you have become stuck. As your therapist, I’m here to do that. I offer you a safe space without fear of judgment to explore your concerns and help you make the changes in life that you desire.
My counseling style is empowering, supportive, and direct. I utilize a variety of clinical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method, Solution-Focused, Attachment Theory, Family Systems, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling hopeful and empowered, with a concrete plan of steps/actions you can take to implement change.
I look forward to getting to know you, helping you achieve your goals, and experiencing greater peace and joy in your life!

Hiking, snowboarding, watching my son play soccer, and spending time with my husband of 18 years. I love to travel. Tropical destinations are my favorite!
Saying "no" to at least 1 thing per day. This could be saying "no" to a request from someone to do something, or it could be saying "no" to myself to complete all of the tasks on my to-do list and instead choose to take a moment to just breathe.
Walking on the beach and listening to music help keep me calm and centered.
I have 2 dogs, a 110-pound Chocolate Labrador Retriever (Oso), and a 6-pound Chihuahua-Yorkie mix (Lupe). We found Lupe on the side of the road and rescued her. She's now the boss of the home!
