I believe in practicing a “here and now” approach (Gestalt) accompanied by a compassionate and Strength-Based style that encourages the practice of mindfulness. I commonly integrate multiple therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational interviewing (MI) Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I guide individuals and teach coping skills specifically tailored to meet their mental and emotional needs while increasing the ability to better cope with life challenges.

I am passionate about people which is what lead me to a career that enables the ability to spend my life supporting them while on their healing journey.
I enjoy meditation, reading, eating, and music which are an absolute part of my daily routine! I also enjoy outdoor activities and concerts as I find them all so cathartic and healing.
I thoroughly enjoy finding a reason to smile and laugh even if at the littlest of things! I find doing this enhances the inner sense of joy I already experience.
Many, too many really, haha! I enjoy re-reading some books because I either enjoyed them so much I want to experience them again or to see if I missed something the first time around.
ACLU and The Human Rights Campaign! They are all about ensuring we are all experiencing equality regardless of what is said or done!
I tend to many things to recharge, it depends on my need at the moment. Some things include resting (not sleeping, literally just resting!), meditating, being still, reading, journaling, alone time, time with loved ones, cuddles with my pups, and my all-time favorite is some music with finding a reason (literally any reason) to experience laughter and smiling!
Yes! I have 4 pups in total. I'd say my favorite pet story is how one of my pets "Elli" (named after Eleanor Rosevelt) has tended to have a Buddha nature about her and her energy is calming at times. She is, at times, my comfort and I adore her for that!
