Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Harm Reduction, Psychodynamic, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I utilize a person-centered and strengths-based approach, and I have been trained through a multicultural and trauma-informed lens. I work with adults wanting to make a change in their life and I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals.
I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community with a focus on transgender and nonbinary folks to address a variety of issues including gender dysphoria, identity exploration, anxiety, and depression. I utilize a social justice and intersectional framework in acknowledging the systemic oppression affecting BIPOC communities and its impact on mental health.

they/them
As a nonbinary trans person, I often struggled to find therapists with similar lived experience. This motivated me to provide mental health support and access for my communities.
I really enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. I also love music and going to concerts.
I love reading! I do a reading challenge every year and it helps keep me grounded and it limits my time on social media.
I have two cats named Coquito and Cuchifrito! I'm slightly allergic to them so we have a love/hate relationship at times.
