I work with issues related to addiction, trauma, family issues, stress, grief, loss, PTSD, women's issues, and relationship issues. I approach treatment through a humanistic approach which is client-centered. I specialize in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Through treatment, we will work together on developing mutual goals that can be worked on during and outside of our sessions.
