Why did you become a mental health professional?

To support others in resolving past trauma in order to lead healthier and happier lives.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy getting outdoors as much as possible, whether that means going on a hike with my dog Georgie or hanging at the beach.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I deeply enjoy the movement of all types but especially dancing, strength training, and pilates. I aim to get some form of movement in every day even if it is a short walk in my neighborhood.

Do you have any pets?

I have a small pup and my favorite memory of him was the first time I took him to the beach. I thought he would play in the water but he spent the whole time digging in the sand.
