I have been working in the mental health field for 10 + years in a variety of mental health settings such as in-home and in-patient. I believe that life can be tough, but there is always a way out of the darkness if you work to get there. I'm eclectic in my approach, I use evidenced-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-focused. I am a believer in setting attainable goals, especially when it comes to working with families and couples. I believe if we work together as a team we can make the change we are looking to make. Having a background in visual arts, I like to think of myself as a unique and creative thinker who possesses a great deal of empathy and understanding.

Just like everyone else, we all go through things that shape us into who we become. I have always had a passion for helping others and wanted to continue my journey.
Spending time with my family, rescuing animals, listening to live music, painting, and collecting records.
I wake up and play my record player.
The Great Gatsby, because I'm a hopeless romantic at heart.
Angel Paws, because they save so many animals.
Taking a long walk to my favorite coffee shop and drinking my very favorite Matcha Latte. I also recharge by journaling, listening to music, dancing to live music, and spending time at the shore.
