The client-therapist rapport is the essential foundation of counseling. My therapeutic style is authentic and genuine. I am present and in the moment with my clients and value my role as an objective witness to their stories. I utilize evidenced-based approaches that have developed with over 20 years of professional experience. I am interactive with clients, but also know when clients simply need to be heard. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process and one that requires the ability to self-reflect and to do the "deep-dive" work in between sessions as well as to be intentional with making changes.
