I have an eclectic approach to therapy. I am person centered with an emphasis to meet clients where they're at. It is very imperative to build trust, rapport, reliability and consistency while embarking on this journey for healing, and self discovery. Understanding that clients should identify the different roles in their lives in relation to themselves, community, work, family and friends.

Why did you become a mental health professional?
I worked in the foster care system for several years which prompted me to go back to school. Assisting parents, children and caregivers was very important to me. I knew I'd have to obtain more skills, and training to help assist clients on an interpersonal level.
What are your interests outside of work?
I enjoy traveling, and immersive art experiences.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?
Prioritizing self care!
What book have you read more than once?
The Alchemist, each time I've read it I was at a different stage of my life.
How do you recharge?
Being alone to take the time for self care!
