I specialized in mood challenges (depression, anxiety, fears, anger), post- traumatic stress/abuse, substance use dependence, defining life goals, and social issues. Like most therapist, I borrow from many sources that collectively make up my style. I feel honored to be chosen for this intimate work. Yes, a cat and two dogs. It seems like my family always finds pets to care for even when vacationing in other countries. Most recently, my daughters rescued a street puppy in Mexico. The puppy received all the vaccines and my daughters will be sending monthly $$ to support the puppy.
