My Therapy Style

With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I have been honored to work with adult clients from all walks of life. My professional background includes working for hospitals, addiction treatment facilities, and inpatient and outpatient settings within the criminal justice system.

I believe in developing a collaborative, warm, and strengths-based approach to treatment. My goal in therapy is to build upon your existing strengths while facilitating a safe and non-judgmental space to explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

What are your interests outside of work?

My interests include reading, listening to podcasts, crafting with embroidery, punch needle, or art.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I like to meditate.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

The National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) because of all the great work, advocacy, and support they provide folks.

How do you recharge?

By staying active with yoga, hiking, cycling, tennis, or roller skating.

Do you have any pets?

I have two cats. Spending time with them daily, watching them play and interact, and regular kitty cuddles help me recharge.
