Children's books - I read books every day to my children before bedtime to help them learn, explore, and spend time with each other.
Travel, naps, walk, dance, yoga, take deep breathes and/ or talk to family and friends.
Dog, fish, and chickens - my first dog was a Boxer, when he played with balloons and babies, he was very gentle dog.
