I have been independently practicing for the past 11 years in the field of clinical psychology. I have worked extensively with active duty service members, Veterans, first responders, as well as the general population. I used an approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-based styles to fit the needs of the particular client. I like to work collaboratively with my clients to ensure that their particular treatment goals and values are being prioritized.
