I am well-versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness. I have particular expertise in helping clients who are experiencing high stress, anxiety, OCD, grief, depression, or trauma.
