My Therapy Style

I believe in creating a safe and nurturing environment by providing empathy, compassion, and a genuine approach in the treatment process. Since 2009, I have been treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational/intimacy issues. I integrate mindfulness meditation, CBT, healthy living practices and family systems techniques as a strategy to facilitate growth, healing, and balance.

My goal is to assist you in reaching your goals, recognizing your strengths, and finding coping mechanisms that will foster your best self and the life you want to live.

Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

Since I was a young kid, I dreamed of helping others and it wasn't until my 2nd semester in college that I started to get a glimpse into the depth of psychology and how much healing can occur in a therapeutic setting. So many of us aren't give the space to heal or the guidance on how to do so, I wanted to help others have that space and help them build the life they always wanted.

What are your interests outside of work?

I love spending time in water, getting massages, spending time in nature, and playing with my kitties.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

At least once per day, I spend a few grounded minutes cuddling my kitties. It gives me a moment of calm and joy which gives me that extra boost in energy if I'm running low.

How do you recharge?

The best way for me to recharge is to have time in a pool, jacuzzi, or hot spring. I also reset with sound baths, guided meditations, spiritual retreats, and music festivals.
