My practice has a foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and evidence-based practices while infusing feminist, culturally responsive, strength-based, and trauma-informed stances.

We'll work collaboratively to evaluate in-the-moment situations, make problems more manageable, shift unhelpful thinking, and improve the way you feel. I'll provide tailored skills that you can practice, integrate and apply to manage worry, nervousness, body tension, low mood and motivation, negative self-talk, stress, and distress. My style is personable, collaborative, flexible, engaging, and warm.

Hiking, listening to podcasts, attending art events, and spending time with friends and family.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Latinx Therapy (based in Burbank, CA). Since its inception, the organization has not only continued to strive for reducing the mental health stigma in the Latinx community but also created a national professional network to increase access to Latinx therapists.

How do you recharge?

Playing or listening to music, reading non-fiction (narratives that center voices that have historically been marginalized), movement, and learning as ways to nurture my energy
