Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became a mental health professional to support my clients in their journey toward fulfillment and growth. My motivation stems from a genuine desire to assist clients in reaching their full potential and achieving their goals. I believe in providing a safe and nurturing space where individuals can openly explore and process life challenges. My goal is to empower clients to navigate obstacles, foster resilience, and cultivate positive change in their lives. I am dedicated to facilitating a therapeutic environment that encourages personal development, and I am genuinely invested in helping clients overcome challenges and thrive in all aspects of their well-being.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my dogs, finding solace and joy in taking them on hikes and walks along the beach. These activities not only provide physical exercise but also serve as a therapeutic outlet, allowing me to connect with nature and appreciate the present moment.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Engaging in daily physical activity is my dedicated commitment to nurturing my mental and emotional well-being. Incorporating this routine into my daily life serves as a vital coping mechanism, allowing me to release accumulated stress and tension. The endorphins generated during exercise act as natural mood enhancers, fostering a positive mindset and providing a sense of accomplishment. This intentional practice not only boosts my overall energy levels but also creates a space for self-reflection and mental clarity. It has become a cornerstone of my self-care routine, empowering me to navigate life's challenges with resilience while promoting a balanced and healthy mental state.

How do you recharge?

As a therapist, recharging is a vital aspect of maintaining my well-being and ensuring that I can provide the best support to my clients. I prioritize self-care by engaging in activities that bring me joy and relaxation, whether it's spending time in nature, reading a book, or practicing mindfulness.
