As a therapist, my style embodies a warm, curious, and open approach. My focus is to create a space for you to feel welcomed and one that fosters the emotional safety to be authentically yourself. I believe that therapy can be a process of self-discovery and empowerment, while also providing and teaching the tools to address the stressors and challenges of life. I am here to support you on your journey and while my approach is gentle, I am also your biggest advocate and will provide the accountability to reach your goals and to create the life you envision for yourself.

Outside of work, I like to explore the world and go on adventures. I love trying new things that include different foods, locations, hiking trails, and books.
One non-negotiable for me is checking in with myself every day. Most days that looks like journaling my thoughts and setting intentions for the day. Some days, it may look like a few minutes of silence focusing on my breath and visualizing what I'd like my day to feel like.
One book I've read more than once is The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz in both English and Spanish. I find that every time I read it, there is always something new to take away. It is a very practical book that regardless of what stage of life I've been in, it's been refreshing and insightful.
Nature helps me recharge. I also love a warm cup of tea, and being physically active either at the gym or on hike trails. I love taking walks with my pup and enjoying an early sunrise. I also enjoy connecting with my loved ones, being present, and laughing—laughter always recharges me.
