Why did you become a mental health professional?
My middle school teachers inspired and nominated me as a "future counselor" for the school yearbook which honestly came to fruition!
What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?
Prayers and meditations.

How do you recharge?
Coastal hikes, playing Candy Crush, and visiting national parks—especially Grand Canyon and Zion!
