I create an empathetic space where you can regain your balance, gain insight, and, ultimately, become more confident and secure. My training and practice include solution-focused and trauma-informed care that highlights the importance of developing healthy relationships. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families using a compassionate approach to healing past hurt and improving present relationships. I believe authenticity, honesty, and transparency make up the heart of an effective treatment.

I have a 6-year-old dog named Baxter who is a wonderful addition to our family. He loves greeting his humans at the door each day by always bringing each of us a ball, toy, or sock.
