What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy traveling, live sports, music, reading and art. I am a big foodie so I like trying new restaurants and new recipes. I love spending time with my family and friends.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

My passion is helping people. As a mental health professional I am able to help guide and support my clients during some of their most challenging times. Being a mental health professional I have the opportunity to have a direct impact on the well being of my clients.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I make sure to do something active everyday day and I start and end my day with meditation.

How do you recharge?

I go for a walk and listen to a light podcast or some music. Just getting outside even for 10 minutes each day is enough to recharge me when I'm drained. I also find journaling a great way to help me mentally recharge.
