Harm Reduction, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
My job as a therapist is to provide you with a safe place, support you through your life transition, and help you make sense of what needs to change. You are the expert in your life story and you have the strength within you to make changes. I will work to provide you with coping tools for lasting change. I use interventions from various modalities including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Strength Based, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
