My philosophy centers on the belief that each person possesses an intrinsic self with the necessary tools for success in life.

My Therapy Style

I focus on establishing relationships that meet individuals exactly where they are. Utilizing these connections, I delve beneath the surface to uncover and address underlying issues rather than merely treating symptoms. Employing elements from multiple theoretical approaches, I impart teachings on the functionality of every behavior. My philosophy centers on the belief that each person possesses an intrinsic self with the necessary tools for success in life. However, amidst life's challenges, difficulties, and transitions, I recognize that individuals may momentarily forget their strengths.

How do you recharge?

To rejuvenate, I carve out moments of quietness, immersing myself in the soothing sounds of nature—the birds' melodies, and the gentle rustle of the wind. Whether through journaling or by sitting on the beach, listening to the rhythmic ocean waves, I'm reminded that whatever challenges I face are just a small part of something much greater. It's a grounding practice that brings a sense of perspective and calm to my life.
