I specialize in helping people address depression, anxiety, panic attacks, relationship, and communication issues, professional and academic burnout, life transitions, and Queer/LGBTQ+ issues.
I strive to create a judgment-free environment for all patients where they feel validated. My experience includes working with adults who identify as BIPOC/Latine as well as with adults who recently immigrated to the U.S. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Problem-solving Solving Therapy (PST). I also have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

As a daughter of Mexican immigrants, I experienced first-hand the lack of available professionals who look like me. I made it a goal to be "one of those professionals" to help and support my community.
Hiking, spending time with my dogs, and listening to podcasts.
I enjoy going outdoors. I believe nature has a wonderful way of recharging me.
I have a 3-year-old French Bulldog and a 6-year-old Terrier Mix. My favorite memory is going to the beach with them for the first time and them freaking out about the sand :)
