I enjoy surfing, singing, literature, concerts, and having a meal with close friends.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I make it a priority on my to-do list to connect with a close friend or family member.

Slaughterhouse Five by Kurt Vonnegut. It's fascinating :)

As an introvert, a conversation with just a few close friends will do the trick.
