Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Harm Reduction, Strengths-based
My approach to therapy is to create a secure and comfortable space for anyone to address their mental health needs and concerns; I am not here to judge but to understand and help. My goal is to meet you where you are and collaboratively work towards the goals that you set. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as a treatment modality to aid in processing thoughts and feelings with regard to certain stressors and identify helpful coping skills.

I had a Siberian Husky, her name was Loba. My favorite memory of her is when she first met my baby. Loba walked up slowly with her nose trying to smell my daughter’s feet, which caused my baby to laugh.
