As a therapist, I am warm and understanding. I prioritize our therapeutic relationship as I believe strongly that that is the biggest mechanism for change and growth. In sessions, I strike a balance between empathy, compassion, expertise, and accountability that my patients value. I hope to use therapeutic interventions to help patients develop skills to be able to achieve their goals and increase their feelings of self-esteem and confidence.

I first became a mental health professional to help decrease the stigma around mental illness in my ethnic community while simultaneously serving the patients and communities I practice in. That remains a priority in my practice and I have continued to grow that passion in every position I have held.
I love to cook, bake, make coffee, and hang out with my family and my dogs.
Every day I prioritize spending time with my family, going on a walk with my dogs, and preparing yummy food.
I recharge by taking a long shower, getting into a robe, ordering dinner, and watching television.
I have two dogs, one 100-pound Sheepadoodle and a 20-pound miniature Goldendoodle. Way too many stories to choose from, however my family and I recently took our dogs to the dog beach for the first time and the memory of them meeting a wave and learning to jump into the water is one I will never forget.
