I encourage people to use self-care and relaxation techniques, healthy boundaries, and practical changes to improve their relationship with themselves and others. With this comes improved emotional and psychological well-being while recovering from trauma, and stress, and working through life transitions and family conflict.

We recently got a chihuahua puppy, Pepino. and I put videos of him om a local social media site called Next Door. I meet people all over town and when I tell them my name they say, "Oh you are Pepino's owner" or if he is with me, "I can't believe I'm meeting Pepino" He's a local legend.
