Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, Solution-focused
I believe there are times in all our lives when we need someone to help us navigate the rocky waters of life. Someone to help us to walk our own unique road and discover our individual answers.
I have worked in community mental health with adults who struggle with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders, depression, anxiety, and those who are incarcerated. My clinical leaning is a Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach. I also use Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques along with narrative and solution-focused techniques.
Clinically, I see myself as a facilitator taking my cue from you and your personal growth. The population I most serve are adults who are facing anxiety, depression, and phase-of-life issues. I strive to treat all with respect and understanding.
