Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became a mental health professional to help support others to increase self-compassion and self-acceptance while encouraging them to build healthier relationships with themselves and others.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy traveling, hiking, and spending time with family, friends, and my dog.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Spending time outdoors and going on walks with my partner and dog.

Do you have any pets?

I have a sweet teacup shihtzu named Jade. Her favorite treat and toy is a dried sweet potato. She loves to play chase and fetch with it.
