I approach therapy in a collaborative way, and I determine treatment goals with clients at the beginning of our work together. I primary use CBT and ACT interventions to anchor our work. Depending on client needs and goals, sessions are typically semi-structured to structured.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with friends, traveling, attending SF Giants games, watching cheesy romantic comedies, and urban hiking.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I always prioritize my sleep and stick to a solid sleep schedule.

How do you recharge?

Watching lighthearted comedies and spending time in the sun.

What’s a social cause you’re passionate about?

I'm very passionate about LGBTQ+ rights.

Favorite non-profit?

Equality Florida because they have done incredible work moving LGBTQ+ rights forward in Florida. It's also where I did my first public policy work in college.
