My Therapy Style

Identity crises can be difficult, but you don't have to go through them alone. Therapy can provide you with a safe and supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and build self-esteem.

I am a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience working with adults struggling with issues related to identity, self-worth, sense of purpose, and relationships. My approach to therapy is LGBTQIA+ affirming, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed. I use a variety of evidence-based practices to help my clients, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I specialize in working with adults who have experienced trauma, chronic stress, depression, or anxiety. I am passionate about working with transgender and nonbinary adults seeking a space for emotional healing and coping where they feel safe, celebrated, and supported. In therapy, we can work together to explore your identity and gender expression. We will also identify your strengths and values. By doing this, you can develop healthy and fulfilling relationships, process your experiences, heal from trauma, and build resilience.
