I have a great deal of experience working with veterans and the adult population both in outpatient Mental Heath and the Hospital setting. I am client-centered and see my role to support and assist my clients with meeting the goals they have developed. I have experience working with depression, life transitions, parenting, relationship struggles, mood disorders, and more.

I feel that we all have potential to reach our goals and be the best version of ourselves and sometimes we just need some assistance getting there.

Spending time outdoors and with loved ones. I also enjoy physical activity.

I workout daily and engage in self-care.
