I approach my work as a mental health professional from a humanistic and client-centered perspective. I believe that rapport and trust are essential to an effective therapeutic relationship. I believe it is my role to help clients establish goals and stay on target in meeting them. This sometimes involves a more directive style of therapy.
My experience ranges from community mental health, residential treatment, and private practice. I particularly enjoy working on men's issues.
