I find meaning and fulfillment in working with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, attachment wounds, and relationship issues. I am an Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR) and Reprocessing trained therapist and I use EMDR to treat trauma. Trauma comes in multiple forms; single episode, multiple, or cumulative relational trauma. I strongly believe that our psyche is wired for healing and growth, and it is an honor to be part of my client’s transformative journey. I will work to support your growth and healing. I will also help you navigate self-compassion, and develop new skills and interaction styles to improve your relationship with yourself and others.

I was drawn to the field early as I recognized my skill to be present with others who experienced pain. I have always been incredibly curious and interested in people and our relationships, and as a clinician, I am fulfilled in working with those who want to heal or grow.
I am an avid runner, on both trails and road, having completed both the Boston and New York Marathon and a 50-mile trail race. I love backpacking and spending time outside, connected to nature.
I breathe deeply… and remind myself to use my breath to regulate when I feel sensations of stress or tension. That allows me to savor my morning cup of coffee.
Unicef - They do so much good for so many children around the world.
I hear the mountains calling and I get outside… I know that hiking, snowshoeing, running trails, or sitting atop the granite rocks will fill my soul.
