My therapy methods focus on discovering how your thoughts affect your behaviors and emotions. We will identify your positive traits and strengthen your insights to find growth, healing, and purpose. Finally, we can identify goals and outline a strategic plan to obtain your goals.
I have over 10 years of experience providing individual therapy in various mental health settings including private counseling, community counseling, correctional counseling, and in-patient hospitalizations.

Outside of work, I enjoy engaging in community service and am a patron of the arts.
Each day I try to engage in 10 minutes of mindfulness meditation to support my emotional well-being and give me a sense of grounding in my present experience.
My favorite organization is SEARCH Homeless Services. I believe it is important to be of service to vulnerable populations and provide adequate support to help individuals gain stability in the community.
I love to recharge by practicing yoga, cooking, and socializing with friends.
