My ultimate objective is to enable individuals to regain control of their lives and ultimately achieve genuine happiness.

My Therapy Style

We are meant to heal, not suffer daily alone. My goal is to empower and support you in your life. Together we will explore and come up with an individualized plan that works best for you.

My go-to approach and theories are Solution-Focused, Client-Centered, Psychodynamic, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I fluctuate between theories according to the situation, person, and issue(s). I believe in being honest and straightforward about the steps required for your personal growth. My ultimate objective is to enable individuals to regain control of their lives and ultimately achieve genuine happiness.
