My Therapy Style

My passion is working with individuals who yearn to discover and harness the power of their authentic selves. I help you explore and heal past wounds, allowing for deeper connection to yourself and others. My approach leans heavily on Interpersonal Neurobiology in order to tap into, regulate with, and respond to the wisdom of the body in a way that guides you toward fulfilled living. The approach I offer is shaped by my professional trainings and personal experiences as well as over a decade of work developing specialties in anxiety, depression, body image, life transitions, burnout, and women's issues.

Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

My journey towards therapy as a profession started with my own healing journey. I believe in the power of therapy because I have lived experienced of it.

What are your interests outside of work?

I live for live concerts, love to enjoy a delicious meal out with my family, enjoy regular body movement in all it's forms, delight in cheering my daughter on at all of her extra-curricular activities, and can spend hours working on a puzzle! I am also a self proclaimed brain and nervous system nerd so continuing my education in the form of books and trainings is a big passion of mine!

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

At least once a day, I like to tune in to my inner experience, allowing time to connect with and receive the wisdom from the energy in motion in my body.

How do you recharge?

I recharge by focusing on ways to nourish and replenish myself whether through food, movement, rest, connection with others and time in nature.
