I have had the opportunity to join many individuals in their journey of self-discovery. Each of my clients is unique in their own way, and therefore their treatment is customized with different evidence-based approaches. I want to extend a warm and empathetic welcome to you as you consider taking this important step toward healing and growth. Whether your goals are centered around personal growth, resolving conflicts, or addressing emotional needs, my commitment is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where healing and positive change can occur.

Since I was an adolescent, I could not help but notice how difficult life was for everyone around me, not excluding myself. I saw poverty, drug abuse, the breakdown of families, death, grief, and loss, and I knew since then that I would grow up to be in a helping profession.
Outside of work, my interests include gardening, hiking, and being out in nature where it's green and there's a body of water. In addition, I love to spend time with my family, friends, and dogs.
Self-care is pivotal in my life, and the thing that keeps my emotional well-being centered is exercise. I love to start my day early by taking a yoga, cycle, or HITT class.
I have two dogs that came into my life in 2011. Cookie is a stray terrier mix pup that a family member picked off the street to keep safe. I had visited with family and fell in love with Cookie so I decided to offer her my house as a forever home. When I took her to the Vet for a check-up, I learned Cookie was pregnant, and a month later she gave birth to two pups. One of the pups I gave to a friend and the other one remained with us at home. Tiny is his name, and he is a grumpy Chihuahua Terrier mix.
