My Therapy Style

It is truly my honor and privilege to work side by side with individuals as they overcome challenges and create the lives they desire. I utilize a friendly, collaborative, and down-to-earth approach in developing relationships with my clients. It has been proven that one of the most important aspects of the therapeutic process is the relationship between client and therapist. I lead with compassion, warmth, and humor and prioritize ensuring clients feel comfortable and at ease during sessions. I use a Strengths-Based, Solution-Focused approach to help my clients learn skills to manage stressors, overcome obstacles, and move from where they are to where they want to be. Seeking help can be difficult, but you’ve already taken an important step and I will be by your side every step of the way.

I have over ten years of experience and have worked with a wide range of populations, from individuals with mild to moderate symptoms to individuals with chronic and severe mental illness. I specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, relational issues, life transitions, mood disorders, family conflict, self-esteem, life coaching, and more.

To fulfill my passion for helping others navigate the ebbs and flows of life and unlock their fullest potential.

What are your interests outside of work?

I love to spend time with family, travel, cuddle with my dog, and relax on the couch.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

The Friendly Visitor program through Meals on Wheels matches volunteers with Senior Citizens in order to reduce isolation, and loneliness, and build meaningful connections.

How do you recharge?

I recharge by doing as little as possible in a relaxed and calming environment!
