I would love the opportunity to guide you to a stronger, healthier you by providing you with various tools that can help you overcome your struggles. I believe in empowering you with a safe space to express yourself. One of my specialty areas is chronic illness (i.e., chronic pain). I have many years of experience working with the chronic illness population. The struggles that chronically ill people go through are unique and I am here to help you navigate through them. You are valuable, and every moment in this journey is worthwhile, even those that are difficult. Let's embark on this transformative journey together.

I became a therapist so that I could help individuals have the tools that they need to overcome any struggles that they may have including but not limited to chronic pain, chronic illness, anxiety, and depression. We all deserve to have those who can help us to navigate the stressors of life more effectively.
I enjoy cycling, hiking, and being outdoors. Basically, anything that helps me to take care of my health and body. I love learning new things and am always looking for new skills that I can add to my repertoire.
I have a morning routine that I do every day that includes learning new tools, reading books that inspire or uplift me, journaling my insights, praying, and starting the day with a really delicious breakfast.
Since I am very focused and driven, on more than one occasion, I have read the book Atomic Habits. I love this book because it taught me how to motivate not only myself but also my clients so that we all can achieve whatever goal we have for ourselves.
If I had to pick I would say any organization that helps children with chronic illness. There are a lot of smaller organizations such as the National Kidney Foundation that help children and their families cope with having major organ failure. Any kind of chronic illness is a very large burden to carry for anyone.
